Twins Swept By Brewers
The Milwaukee Brewers wrapped up a three-game sweep of the Minnesota Twins with a 9-8 win at Target Field yesterday. Milwaukee’s Rhys (reese) Hoskins and Brice Turang both homered as the Brewers raced out to a 9-3 fifth inning lead, before having to sweat out a tough win. After the Twins rallied to get within a run, Brewers closer and former Twins pitcher Trevor Megill picked up his 17th save by stranding the game-tying run at second to end the game. Twins manager Rocco Baldelli says offensively this team did some special things to get back into this one.
